Welcome to Resumevala. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Description
Resumevala provides professional resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, and cover letter writing services ("Services"). Our goal is to optimize your career documents for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and human recruiters.
2. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the order process. We are not responsible for any rejection or failure resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
3. Intellectual Property
Once the final document is delivered and payment is confirmed, you own the rights to your personal resume. However, the templates, layouts, and design elements remain the intellectual property of Resumevala.
4. Delivery Timeline
We strive to deliver all orders within the stipulated time frame (24 hours for Essential, 12 hours for Elite Pro). However, delays caused by missing information from the client are not our liability.
5. Revisions
We offer unlimited revisions for 7 days after the delivery of the first draft. Revisions must be reasonable and within the scope of the original order.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is critically important to us. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, including your name, email address, phone number, employment history, education details, and any other data required to build your resume.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely for the purpose of creating your career documents. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.
3. Data Protection & Deletion
We implement security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Crucially, we adhere to a strict data deletion policy. Once your project is completed and delivered, all your personal data is permanently deleted from our local servers within 30 days to ensure your privacy.
4. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party payment gateways (like UPI, Razorpay, etc.) to process transactions. These entities have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
No Refund Policy
Please read this section carefully before placing an order.
1. Digital Nature of Goods
Resumevala provides digital services and customized digital products. Due to the nature of these services, which involve manual labor, time, and intellectual property, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed and the work has commenced.
2. No Cancellations
Once payment is made, the order is considered final. We immediately allocate resources and writers to your project, incurring costs that cannot be recovered.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
While we do not offer monetary refunds, we stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the initial draft, we offer unlimited free revisions until you are completely happy with the document. We will work with you to correct any errors or adjust the content to your liking.
4. Exception
In the rare event that we fail to deliver the service entirely (e.g., no draft provided after 7 days of the promised deadline), a full refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Resumevala management.
